So one of the required blogs is to write about a subject we discussed in class. I chose to write about privacy since we spent about 20 minutes discussing it.
So my view on this is that we should have total and complete privacy (which will probably never happen.) I major in criminal justice so I guess I am looking at it from a legal perspective. The fourth amendment clearly states we have the right to privacy. Personally I think the police, government, websites, or whoever else are violating our right to privacy. Although there are plenty of loop-holes to get around this issue. Either way, I still think there isn't ENOUGH protection of our privacy.
I strongly agree with your opinion about how there isn't enough protection for ones' own privacy. I believe that people value their privacy so much, and that privacy in general should be respected a lot more.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely agree with you! Privacy is such an important thing to have yet it is getting violated all the time by people we should be trusting. Great points!
